Artist’s Resale Rights (Droit de Suite): In addition to our normal Buyer’s Premium of 15% (plus VAT) a commission of 4% (no VAT) will be payable on resale works by living artists on pictures making over One Thousand Euros (payable in Sterling at the rate applicable on the day of sale) such lots are marked with an ‘*’, this will be payable by the purchaser of the picture.
